Privacy Policy

Scopebase is in alpha. We only collect the account, workspace, and product usage data needed to operate the service, improve the product, and respond to support requests.

Customer transcripts and generated documents are treated as workspace content. We do not sell customer content, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models.

A small set of service providers process data on our behalf: Convex stores workspace content and application data; Clerk handles sign-in and billing; Vercel hosts the application. When you run a transcript, its content is sent through OpenRouter to the model providers that generate your documents — currently Anthropic and OpenAI — solely to produce that output. We also use product analytics and error-monitoring services to understand usage and fix problems; those tools receive usage events, not your transcript content.

Your workspace content stays in your workspace until you ask us to remove it. To delete specific content, your workspace, or your whole account, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, keeping only the minimal records we are legally required to retain (such as billing history).
